The challenge
Factory operators at GE Healthcare need fast, reliable access to internal procedures, quality controls and compliance documentation. With thousands of documents spread across multiple systems, finding the right answer quickly was a bottleneck - especially when working on the production floor where time and accuracy are critical.
What we built
NeuroSYS delivered a fully on-premises, LLM-based knowledge base and document search system. The solution runs on a dedicated AI-optimized server inside GE's local network - no internet access, no external services, no data leaving the building.

Results
Operators get immediate, accurate answers to critical procedure questions without needing to know file locations or folder structures. The solution ensures information flow while meeting strict requirements for compliance, security and data governance.
What's next
Future phases will introduce integration with external data sources (shared drives, Box, Veeva, TrackWise, SAP), granular access permissions for document subsets, SSO-based authentication, and support for non-text content like images and video.
The architecture is also designed for multi-site access, with secure VPN tunnels enabling other GE locations to connect to the same knowledge base.
