How do we get started?
Most engagements start with either a free AI Introduction workshop to align on opportunities, or a focused discovery call to scope a first workflow. From there we propose a clear plan: timeline, deliverables and pricing. No long sales process.
How do you price your work?
Workshops are fixed price (free Introduction, NOK 19,500/day for Executive and Platform Acceleration). Workflow development runs at NOK 12,900 per workday. Larger implementations and embedded expert engagements are scoped per engagement based on team size and duration.
What counts as a workflow toward my plan?
Only workflows in active production - the ones you have published - count toward the limit in your plan. Drafts, test versions and unpublished work are free, so your team can iterate as much as they need before going live.
What does "normal operations" mean for the hosted plans?
Each Neurosys Workflows plan is priced for typical day-to-day use of the included workflows - normal request volumes, integrations and data processing. Storage is included per tier: Starter 1 GB, Growth 5 GB and Scale 10 GB, sized for production logs, knowledge bases and document handling at typical volumes. If a workflow needs unusually high request rates, very large knowledge bases or specialized infrastructure, we agree on a fair top-up before go-live so there are no surprises on the invoice.
How long does a typical AI project take?
A focused pilot typically takes 4-8 weeks, covering scope definition, integration, testing and evaluation. Production deployments follow in subsequent phases. We build pilots that are production-ready from day one, so you don't need to rebuild when scaling.
How do you handle data security and compliance?
We are ISO 27001 certified and operate Dify either in our managed Nordic cloud or fully on-premise inside your environment. Data stays within your boundaries, role-based access and audit logging are built in, and we work with you on GDPR, sector-specific requirements and internal governance from day one.
Can you scale across multiple business areas or entities?
Yes. The platform is built for shared workflows, governance and reuse across teams, departments and entities. We typically start with one high-value workflow, then standardize patterns, knowledge bases and integrations so additional business areas can launch faster on the same foundation.
How do you measure ROI on an AI initiative?
We define success metrics together up front - cycle time, manual hours saved, resolution rate, error reduction or revenue impact - and instrument the workflow to track them. Most clients see measurable results within the first deployment, with up to 80% of repetitive tasks removed over time.
Do I need to have AI expertise in my organization?
No. We provide training and workshops to build shared understanding across your teams. Our engagement model covers everything from strategy and design to implementation and operations, so your team can focus on the business outcomes.
Which platforms and technologies do you use?
For agentic AI we deliver primarily on Dify - one of the world's leading open source platforms for AI agents. For custom AI engineering we use LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch and the major cloud AI services (AWS, Azure). Platform selection depends on your use case, security requirements and integration needs.
